  • Standard shipping deliveries will be processed twice a week on Tuesday & Fridays.

    UK & International

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable
    • Do not send a return back to mi apparel WITHOUT a return form

    • Any questions about your order email us and we aim to get back to you between Monday - Friday / 10.00-16.00 


    • If you have ordered one item or many, they will all be wrapped up altogether in our branded packaging.
    • All our packaging is zero plastic & reduced waste,  which can be easily reused or recycled and put back into the system.

    Order Process

    • Goods are packed & shipped Monday - Friday. (*New Covid guidelines has currently changed this)
    • Once you have received your confirmation email your order will be posted next UK working day with the schedule times which have been noted above.
    • Your order will be packed and dispatched provided we have available stock, the address has been checked and payment approved.
    • An email will be sent to you confirming the order.


    • If the delivery address is unattended a note will be left to indicate a delivery is waiting for you.
    • We cannot take responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance.
    • Occasionally items may take longer than stated above due to customs and other aspects out of our control. We advise you to email us on if you have not received your item and we will then proceed to track down your order via the carrier used. Until then we are unable to issue any refund, exchange, credit note until the item has been declared missing via the carrier which can be at least 30 days from the scheduled arrivel date. At this time we appreciate your patience as we are a small independent company who cannot afford to just re-send stock on a whim.

    Additional International Delivery costs

    • All orders placed from outside the UK will incur additional VAT, import duties & customs charges.  
    • These are levied at the port of ingress & are the responsibility of the purchaser.


    Returns, exchanges & refunds

    Return & Exchange

    • We want you to be happy with your purchase but sometimes things don't fit or they didn't bring you happiness.
    • You have 14 days to return an item for a full refund or exchange.
    • Please note exchanges are subject to stock availability.
    • SALE Items are eligible for exchange or credit voucher only. See our Returns Policy for more details.
    • All FINAL CLEARANCE SALE items are not eligible for return. All SALES are final.

    Returns Process

    • It can usually take up to 14 working days UK / 20 working days International (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the day after the date of your return, for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.
    • Any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This can take up to 7 working days UK/10 working days Internationally, depending on your payment method issuer.
